GCPA Approval of Bylaws. These by-laws were approved by the executive board on 11/10/06; however, final approval will not occur until the GCPA body has voted on them at the annual conference in Columbus. According to Article X, the by-laws must be made available to the membership 30 days prior to a vote taking place. Please take time to familiarize yourself with them prior to the conference.
